Have your shelters been tested for safety?

Yes, tested and approved by the National Wind Institute, located at Texas Tech. All of our shelters exceed FEMA 320/361 & ICC-500 regulations

Do the shelters come with any kind of warranty?

Yes, all of our units come with a lifetime warranty against any defects.

What is the current wait time to have it installed?

Currently, there is no wait time. Call today, and we could be there within 2 business days. However, normally after bad weather, the demand goes up, so during different times of the year, wait times can be expected from a week to a month. So get your families protection today.

Can the shelters be installed outside, or what if I don't have anywhere to put them?

Yes, we do offer shelters that can be placed outside. We are also partnered with a concrete company that can provide the pad for our shelters. If you choose to provide your own concrete pad, it must be 1" wider than the shelter and be poured at least 28 days prior to the installation of the shelter.

Can the shelters be used as a safe room or a safe place to belongings?

Yes, our shelters lock from the inside, utilizing 3 x 1" solid steel rods. We recommend that if you use it as a safe for belongings, make sure to leave room for your family to use it during a storm.
